Your First Visit
When your paperwork is complete, your consultation and thorough exam will begin with either Dr. Arthur or Dr. Benjamin. Here, they’ll listen to your concerns and discuss your health history to get a better understanding of your needs. If X-ray’s or imaging is needed, we’ll refer you out to have it completed. To increase the quality and decrease the cost, we have partnered with Premier Radiology since 2010 for all patient imaging needs.
We also like to give you adequate time to ask us any questions you may have about chiropractic-we love educating our patients! Expect your first visit to last approximately one hour.
Your Second Visit
On your second visit, we invite you back to review your report of findings and go over exactly what type of treatment plan we believe will bring you optimal health and function. This plan will be developed just for you and aims to correct any and all unique disturbances occurring in your body. Just like the first visit, we encourage patients to take a proactive role in their care and ask whatever questions they may have.
If you’d like to begin your care during this visit, we can move forward with your first adjustment. Since each patient is different, a treatment schedule will be designed to fit your needs. After that, we’ll reassess your body and let you decide how you’d like to continue.
For patients who we feel may not benefit from chiropractic care, we have excellent relationships with physicians of all specialties in our community that we won’t hesitate to refer you to.

If you’ve come to us for relief care due to an injury, choosing to visit our practice after you feel better is entirely up to you! Many times, patients initially come to us for pain relief and are surprised to learn how much better they feel with chiropractic care even after their injury has subsided, leading them to continue maintenance care. The beauty of chiropractic care is that you know your body best; therefore you decide when to come in for an adjustment.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least 5400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
